Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You must inform us of any dietary requirements at least one week before the event. We cannot guarantee to accommodate any requests made after this deadline.
You must also let us know if you want to be seated with another booking. We will try our best to honour your preference, but we cannot guarantee it as we finalize our seating plan one week before the event.
We reserve the right to make changes to the event date, time, venue, or program without prior notice or liability.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by attending the event or by any cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the event.
