Terms & Conditions

1. The PPFH Loyalty Card is promoted by Party and Play Funhouse Ltd of Unit 12, Barrs Fold Close, Wingates Industrial Park, Westhoughton, Bolton BL5 3XA

2. Applicants must be aged 18+ to join.

3. Only one card can be held per person.

4. Party and Play Funhouse’s PPFH Loyalty Card is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club.

5. By applying for or using the PPFH Loyalty Card the Cardholder agrees to be bound by these terms as varied from time to time. Any change to these terms will be posted on the Party and Play Funhouse website (www.partyandplayfunhouse.co.uk)

6. A Cardholder is responsible for looking after their PPFH Loyalty Card and Party and Play Funhouse Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged cards. A charge of £1 will be made for replacement cards.

7. PPFH Loyalty Cards remain the property of Party and Play Funhouse Ltd and the Cardholder shall return the card if requested by Party and Play Funhouse Ltd.

8. Rewards are only offered in conjunction with points accrued as a result of purchasing products within Party and Play Funhouse Ltd.

9. Rewards may only be redeemed by the named Cardholder. Rewards are not transferable or resalable.

10. Only one Reward may be redeemed on any one date.

11. Any Rewards issued to a Cardholder are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher or email.

12. Party and Play Funhouse reserves the right to substitute Rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.

13. Party and Play Funhouse Ltd reserve the right to vary the level and value of Rewards at any time and without notification.

14. The Rewards earned are not exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers, or any other excluded products and can only be used as explained in the Reward email.

15. Party and Play Funhouse Ltd reserve the right to cancel the PPFH Loyalty Card and any benefits attributed to it at any time. In respect of any unused Rewards, we will honour these in conjunction with their expiry date.

16. Loyalty Points are not accured on Party bookings.

17. If no transaction occurs on your card in any 12 months, the PPFH Loyalty Card may expire and any Rewards may be cancelled.

18. Party and Play Funhouse Ltd are not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of a card or the inability of a Cardholder to receive or redeem Rewards unless in any such case it is caused by Party and Play Funhouse Ltd.’s negligence or fraud.

19. Party and Play Funhouse Ltd reserve the right to terminate the PPFH Loyalty Card scheme at any time by giving three months’ notice of its intention to do so. Any such notice will be posted on the Party and Play Funhouse website (www.partyandplayfunhouse.co.uk)

20. All sections of the online application must be completed in full. Party and Play Funhouse Ltd reserve the right not to accept any incomplete applications.

21. Party and Play Funhouse Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only by the administration of the PPFH Loyalty Card and to contact you for the purposes described in the application process. Party and Play Funhouse Ltd adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR.

22. Nothing in the Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude Party and Play Funhouse Ltd liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).

23. By joining the PPFH Loyalty Card scheme you are agreeing to be contacted by telephone, post, mobile text message or email.
