Party and Play aim to create a safe and stimulating environment for children to play, run, and explore.

Inherent risks are associated with children playing together, including moderate physical activity, tripping, falling, and collisions.

Reasonable steps have been taken to control these risks through design, maintenance, and operation of the Play Centre.

Guardians must recognize and accept these risks; a Guardian must be 18 or above.

Only food and drink purchased at the Cafe are allowed in Party and Play; contravening this policy will result in immediate removal.

Users must treat each other, staff, and facilities with respect; verbal or physical violence will not be tolerated.

Guardians must supervise children, ensuring they play within the correct age zone and adhere to the Rules of Play.

Staff monitor equipment and have access to first aid facilities but do not supervise children.

Height and age restrictions are enforced for the safety of all children.

Unwell children should not use the facility.

Long sleeves and trousers are recommended for play equipment; tie back long hair; caution for children with glasses or false nails.

Indoors, remove shoes and wear socks at all times; outdoors, wear shoes and socks while using outdoor equipment.

Prohibited items in play areas include pens, buckles, jewelry, watches, money, sharp objects, etc.

Personal items must be kept with Guardians; no liability is accepted for loss or theft.

No food, drink, or sweets are allowed in play areas; children should wait after eating before returning to play.

Chewing gum is not permitted.

Children must be accompanied by Guardians to the toilet.

No photography is allowed outside of the Party Rooms.

Only booked parties are allowed in the play-centre; no outside food, drinks, decorations, or balloons, except purchased from Party and Play.

Go-karts are available for under 5's with adult supervision at £1 per ride.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the building or on the grounds.

The Outdoor Adventure Area may be closed in poor weather for health and safety reasons.

Party and Play reserve the right to change opening times, prices, menus, and play equipment without prior notification.

Play sessions may be restricted to 2 hours, communicated upon arrival.

Party and Play reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone not following the rules to leave without refund.
