Party Food Included
Each included child receives a cold picnic box, with unlimited squash available during the party. The current picnic box includes:
Freshly made sandwich
Pom-Bear crisps
Babybel cheese
Cornflake cake
Apple or orange juice
Allergen-free ice pop (provided at the end of the party)
Option available to upgrade to hot food.
Picnic-box contents may change. The current contents will be confirmed as part of your party booking. Dietary requirements must be provided in advance.

How long does a birthday party last?
The standard party lasts two hours.
What is the minimum number of children?
Premium requires at least 12 children.
Deluxe requires at least 20 children.
VIP requires at least 30 children.
What is the maximum number of children?
Premium currently accommodates up to 20 children.
Deluxe currently accommodates 20 - 30.
VIP capacity is 30 - 90 children.

How much does a party cost?
Prices per child are £25.20. Please review our package comparison for full details and current pricing.
What is included?
Each package generally includes play time, a private party room, a party host, picnic boxes, unlimited squash, invitations, a birthday ceremony, and party bags.
What food is included?
Each included child receives the current picnic box and unlimited party squash. Upgrade options are available.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, please provide details at least seven days in advance. Available options must be confirmed by the party team.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not normally permitted, though you may bring a birthday cake according to the current party policy.
Is a birthday cake allowed?
Yes. Please ensure that we are provided with a list of ingredients.
Are party bags included?
Yes.
Are invitations included?
Branded or downloadable invitations are included with your booking. Invitations can be arranged to be collected from reception.
Is outdoor play included?
Outdoor play is available when weather and operating conditions permit, but cannot be guaranteed.
How much deposit is required?
A deposit covering 10 children is payable at the time of booking.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due seven days before the party.
When do I submit the guest list?
The guest list is required seven days before the party. It must include names, ages, and dietary requirements.
Can I change the number of children?
Please contact us to amend your booking, subject to minimum package numbers and final-confirmation deadlines.
How many adults can attend?
Premium currently references one included adult per invited child. Deluxe and VIP allow for larger numbers, subject to capacity.
Will we have the whole centre to ourselves?
Premium parties run while the centre is open to other customers.
Deluxe parties are closed to the general public, however, we may host one other partyalongside yours.
VIP parties offer complete exclusivity of our centre.
Are parties available during the week?
Weekday parties are only available on fridays (Term time only) for Premium parties.
What time should we arrive?
Please follow the arrival time shown in your booking confirmation. Arriving late may reduce your available party time.
Can siblings attend?
Siblings are welcome, but standard entry fees apply if they are playing and are not counted as included party guests.
Is adult food available?
Adult platters, café purchases, or a café tab may be available as optional extras.
Do adults have to supervise the children?
Yes. Party staff help organise the experience, but children remain the responsibility of their supervising adults at all times.
