Advanced reservations

Reservations can be made in advance at any time on our website and guarantee entry and reserved seating.

Walk-ins are welcome. Tickets can be purchased on arrival at reception and are subject to availability. At busy times, during school holidays and weekends, we recommend pre-booking to guarantee entry.

Payment can be made via cash or card.

We do not allow picnics. Only food and drink purchased at Party and Play Funhouse can be consumed on the premises.

Socks must be worn by everyone who enters the play area. Socks can be purchased from reception if needed.

For groups over 6 or when we're at capacity, your enquiry will be sent to the centre and a team member will be in touch to discuss availability.

FAQs

Do I need to book online?

We always recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your entry and reserve your table. While we do accept walk-ins, we can’t always guarantee admission if we're at full capacity – so it’s best to book ahead to avoid disappointment!

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

We do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the centre. Don’t worry though – our café has a great selection, and we’re happy to cater for all allergies. Just let a member of our team know if you have any specific dietary requirements!

I can no longer attend my booking – what should I do?

If you’re unable to make your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your slot to other families. Guests who repeatedly miss bookings without letting us know may have future reservations cancelled.

I’m running late for my booking – what should I do?

If you’re running late, please give the centre a quick call to let us know. We’ll do our best to adjust your start time if we can. Please note that bookings more than 30 minutes late without contact are automatically cancelled.

How long does a soft play session last?

All sessions booked online are for 2 hours, Unless booking the last hour play session.

I’ve booked online, but no payment was taken – is that normal?

Yes, that’s completely normal! When you book online, no payment is taken in advance. Your booking simply reserves your table and guarantees your entry. You’ll pay at reception when you arrive on the day of your visit.

I saw something about ordering food when booking – do I need to pre-order?

No need to worry – the booking process isn’t asking you to order food. It’s simply asking you to add your admissions (e.g. child and adult entries). Food and drinks can be ordered on the day during your visit.

Do you offer a twin discount?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer a twin discount. However, we do offer a Loyalty Scheme to help families save on future visits! Be sure to sign up during your next visit and start earning rewards every time you play.

How do I log into my loyalty account?

You can log into your loyalty account by visiting https://loyalty.partyandplayfunhouse.co.uk. Once logged in, you can check your points, rewards, and keep track of your visits!

We’re based in Westhoughton, near Bolton. You can find us using the postcode BL5 3XA – just pop it into Google Maps for directions straight to our door!

What ages is Party and Play Funhouse suitable for?

Our activities are designed for children aged 0 to 12 years for maximum fun! That said, we love it when grown-ups get involved too – after all, fun has no age limit at Party and Play Funhouse! 😊

Do you take group bookings?

We accept bookings for up to 6 people online. For larger groups, please submit an enquiry through our website or contact our reception team directly. If you're planning a birthday gathering, please note that outside food and drink (including birthday cakes) are not permitted inside the centre. We’d be happy to help you plan a celebration that works within our guidelines!

Can we stay and eat after our 2-hour play session?

Food and drinks from our café must be ordered and enjoyed during your 2-hour play session. Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend your stay beyond your booking time, even for dining.

When booking a play session for 2 adults and 2 children, how many guests do I book for?

You’ll need to book for all guests attending – that means 2 adults and 2 children, so a total of 4 admissions. This helps us manage capacity and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit.

Do you offer a Blue Light discount?

Yes, we do! Blue Light Card holders receive a 10% discount. Just show your valid Blue Light Card and ID at reception when you arrive, and we’ll apply the discount when you pay.
