Wave goodbye to the hassle of searching for the perfect spot. Our unique pre-booking feature ensures that your table and chairs are waiting for you to relax in between bouts of play. Never miss a moment of the action from your reserved spot in our play centre, with clear views of the play areas.
Advanced reservations
Reservations can be made in advance at any time on our website and guarantee entry and reserved seating.
Walk-ins are welcome. Tickets can be purchased on arrival at reception and are subject to availability. At busy times, during school holidays and weekends, we recommend pre-booking to guarantee entry.
Payment can be made via cash or card.
We do not allow picnics. Only food and drink purchased at Party and Play Funhouse can be consumed on the premises.
Socks must be worn by everyone who enters the play area. Socks can be purchased from reception if needed.
Here’ how to get started
1. Select the total number of guest in your group, including adults, children and babies.
2. Choose the date from the calendar
3. Check the time for availability
4. Select the booking type from the drop-down menu
5. Select the time
6. Provide your contact and guest details and confirm the terms of booking.
7. Booking confirmation sent.
8. Pay on arrival
For groups over 6 or when we're at capacity, your enquiry will be sent to the centre and a team member will be in touch to discuss availability.
Admission Prices
Walk-Ins will incur a 50p Surcharge.
FAQs
Do I need to book online?
We recommend all guests book their visit online. Unfortunately, walk in customers cannot be guaranteed admission.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
We do not allow any outside food or drink to be brought into the centre. We can cater for all allergies.
I can no longer attend my booking.
Please let us know if you are not able to attend your booking, this enables us to free the slot for other guests.
Guests who do not contact us may have future bookings cancelled.
I am running late for my booking.
If you are running late for your booking please call the centre.
We will always try to adjust your start time if possible.
Any guests later than 30 minutes for their booking will automatically have their reservation cancelled.
How long does a soft play session last?
All sessions booked online are for 2 hours, Unless booking the last hour play session.
