Our event is designed for babies, toddlers and children up to and including age 12. It features a 'friendly fright' atmosphere—plenty of magic, pumpkins, and gentle spookiness, but absolutely no blood, gore, or terrifying jump scares.

Not at all! We pride ourselves on creating a vibrant, playful environment. All of our entertainers are dressed in colourful, non-threatening costumes, ensuring a welcoming experience for our youngest guests.

Fancy dress is highly encouraged to add to the festive fun, but it is certainly not mandatory. Wear whatever makes you and your family feel most comfortable for a night of play.

The Family Pass includes admission for exactly 2 adults and 2 children aged 1–12. Each child receives a spooky picnic box, juice and a party bag. Food, drinks and party bags are not included for the adults.

A spooky picnic box, juice and a party bag are included for each Child Ticket holder and both children on a Family Pass. Baby and Adult Tickets do not include food, drinks or party bags. Additional food and drinks may be purchased from the café.

Please provide all allergies and dietary requirements in Comments/Notes when booking. If your child needs a particular meal or has a food allergy, contact us on 01942 818195 before booking so we can confirm what can be provided. We cannot guarantee that every dietary requirement can be accommodated or that food is allergen-free.

The majority of our play frames and entertainment are located indoors. However, we do have a outdoor play area, so we recommend bringing a light jacket just in case.

Tickets for this event are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled tickets may be transferred to friends or family.
