Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply to visits, bookings and events provided by Party and Play Funhouse Ltd at Unit 12, Barrs Fold Close, Wingates Industrial Estate, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 3XA. Please read them alongside the information for your chosen booking and our Rules of Play.

1. Bookings and prices

Check the date, arrival time, guest numbers, ticket types and total price before confirming your booking. A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us or our booking system. Please contact us promptly if anything is incorrect or confirmation has not arrived.

The ticket price and any payment requirements are shown before you confirm. Event tickets and standard admission are separate products. An event ticket includes only the activities, food and extras described for that event. Any optional extra charges should be shown before you choose them.

2. Standard visits and closing time

Standard play visits last up to two hours. Everyone must leave by the published closing time. A late arrival does not extend your booking or the venue's closing time, and a visit starting near closing may be shorter than two hours. Check the end time shown for your selected visit.

We recommend arriving no more than five minutes before your booked slot. Online booking reserves a table for your family; walk-ins depend on available capacity. Opening hours differ during term time and school holidays. Check the current prices and opening times and your booking confirmation before travelling.

3. Age limits and supervision

The toddler area is for children aged 4 and under. Juniors aged 5–12 use the junior area and are not permitted in the toddler area. Children aged 4 and under may also use the main frame when accompanied by an adult. Follow any additional age, height, ability and safety restrictions displayed for individual activities.

A responsible adult aged 18 or over must remain onsite. Parents and guardians are responsible for actively supervising the children in their care. Staff monitor the facilities but do not provide individual childcare. Please make suitable supervision arrangements when children use different areas.

For standard admission, babies aged 0–3 months enter free and babies aged 4–11 months require the baby admission ticket. Separate events may have different ticket arrangements, which will be shown on the event page and booking form.

4. Safety and conduct

Follow the Rules of Play, displayed notices and reasonable staff instructions. Remove shoes and wear socks in indoor play areas. Wear suitable footwear outdoors and tie back long hair. Keep food, drinks, sweets and chewing gum outside play equipment. Children who are unwell should not use the facilities.

We may restrict access to equipment or ask a visitor to stop an activity where reasonably necessary for safety, unsuitable conduct or failure to follow the rules. We will explain the reason where practicable. This does not remove any rights you have under consumer law.

5. Food, allergies and outdoor play

Only food and drinks bought onsite may be consumed at the venue. Please place and enjoy food orders within your session. Contact us before booking about allergies or dietary requirements so we can discuss what can be provided; do not assume that a particular option will be suitable without checking with our team.

Outdoor play depends on weather and suitable conditions and may be closed for safety. Indoor play remains available according to the venue's opening arrangements. Follow staff instructions and any activity-specific restrictions.

6. Halloween event tickets

The 2026 Family Halloween Spooktacular takes place on 30 October from 18:00 to 20:00. Zombies vs Vampires Halloween Laser Tag takes place on 29 October from 18:00 to 20:00. These are separate events and each requires its own booking.

Halloween event tickets require advance booking and full payment. If you choose not to attend, these event tickets are non-refundable under the published event policy. You may transfer your tickets to friends or family, provided the new guests meet the ticket and activity requirements; contact us to update the booking details. This policy does not affect your rights if we cancel the event, fail to provide the booked service or are otherwise required by law to offer a remedy.

7. Cancellations and changes

If you cannot attend a standard visit, party or other booking, contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation, transfer and change conditions supplied for that particular booking apply. This page does not introduce a new cancellation charge or a blanket non-refundable policy for standard visits or parties.

The usual 14-day cancellation right for online purchases generally does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date or period. Your other statutory rights remain unaffected. If we cancel a booked event or cannot provide the booked service, we will contact you about an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with those rights.

8. Personal information and photographs

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use booking and visitor information. Tell reception on arrival if you or your child should not be included in photographs or videos taken for our marketing. Agreement to these booking terms is not consent to receive marketing messages or to use your child's image.

9. Your rights and our responsibility

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.

The terms supplied at the time of your booking apply to that booking. Updates to this page do not retrospectively change an existing booking. English law applies, without limiting any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available to consumers in the country where they live.

10. Contact and complaints

Please contact our team about booking questions, changes or complaints. Tell us your booking reference, visit date and the issue so we can investigate and respond.
