Christmas Party - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Christmas Party event at Party and Play Funhouse, taking place in December 2024. By booking a ticket or attending the event, you agree to comply with these terms.

Event Details

The Christmas Party is aimed at families and children of all ages.

Booking and Payment

All tickets must be pre-booked online or at the Party and Play Funhouse reception.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by Party and Play Funhouse.

Food and Drink

Outside food and drink are not permitted unless pre-arranged for medical reasons.

Dietary requirements should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all dietary requests we have failed to be made aware of.

Health and Safety

All participants must adhere to the safety instructions provided by Party and Play Funhouse staff.

Socks must be worn at all times in the soft play area.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) throughout the event.

Party and Play Funhouse is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety guidelines.

Event Behaviour

Party and Play Funhouse maintains a family-friendly environment. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to bullying, fighting, or offensive language, will result in removal from the event without a refund.

Cancellations and Changes

Party and Play Funhouse reserves the right to cancel or change event details due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns).

In the event of cancellation, attendees will be notified via email and offered a full refund or the opportunity to attend a rescheduled event.

Liability

Party and Play Funhouse is not liable for any lost or stolen items during the event.

Any damage caused to property, equipment, or premises by attendees will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian of the child involved.

Photography and Filming

By attending the event, you consent to Party and Play Funhouse using photographs or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes, including on social media and our website.

If you do not wish to be included in photographs or videos, please inform a staff member upon arrival.
